Terms & Conditions
Renters must agree and accept the following terms in order to use the Site to make reservations.
✘ No smoking
✘ No pets allowed
✔ Cocktail parties available
✔ DJ music party can be held
✘ No cake throwing
✘ Large audiovisual system is not allowed to bring onboard
Cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for vomiting in the boat.
In the event of adverse weather, the Owner will decide whether to cancel or change the route itinerary for the day depending on the situation, all on a safety basis.
The booking schedules will remain normal and non-refundable under the following circumstances:
i) If a No. 1 typhoon signal or a yellow rainstorm warning is issued before departure;
ii) Issue a No. 1 typhoon signal or a red rainstorm warning before boarding, or change from a higher typhoon signal to the typhoon signal to No.1 two hours before boarding; and change the black rainstorm warning signal to a red rainstorm warning.
If a typhoon signal of No. 3 or higher or a black rainstorm warning signal remains in effect two hours before the boarding time, the trip may be rescheduled or cancelled.
The Renter should maintain close contact with the boat Owner to determine the schedule for that day.
